Project Summary
This property in North Cave, had an old barn that was in disrepair, with an outdoor space that had a lot of promise but left a lot to be desired.
The family wanted to create a space they could be proud, and use all year round whilst entertaining guests and relaxing with the family.
It was a great project to work on, converting the old stable block into a bar/games room with outside fire pit and patio seating area for the family to enjoy all year round.
There were a number of different building aspects that included:
- A new concrete floor.
- A new roof with velux roof lights.
- Forming of new sliding door ways.
- Forming a kitchen area from reclaimed bricks.
- The laying of natural stone paving that seamlessly extending to the newly formed patio seating area.
